Fiji Tech Summit will be held on the 17th & 18th October 2024 at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort, Denarau Nadi.
REGISTRATIONS & PAYMENTS
Registration booking will only be permitted through the website. It is MANDATORY to fill in all fields to ensure all requirements are fulfilled during the 2 days event. Failing to complete the relevant fields may result in additional charges or restricted service from Resort if there are undisclosed adults or kids travelling together with you for the event. Please note that the event is a buyout with the Resort hence everyone that will be present at the Resort needs to be registered. Additional members not covered in the package need to directly pay to the Resort for any requested services.
Once registration is completed, payment or purchase order needs to be updated or uploaded on the website portal. The secretariat team will verify and confirm on your registration. Please note that the registration will be automatically cancelled upon 7 days if no payment confirmation is updated. You will be required to do a new registration once a registration is cancelled. An email notification will be sent reminding you on the pending tasks.
REFUNDS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days after approval of the registration. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your cancellation notice must be received within 30 days and prior to the close of registration period which is tentatively agreed as 31st August 2024. NO REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONCE REGISTRATIONS CLOSE. This is inline with the commitment of the Organizer with the hotel, conference and catering services and the inability to resell the ticket after registration close.
Same policy applies to delegates issuing with a Purchase Order. Purchase orders will be considered non-cancellable once the registration period close. Payment needs to be made with 30 days of receiving the invoice.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and legitimate bank details for direct transfers. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Partial refunds will not be granted.
HOTEL POLICY
Resort standard check-in time is from 1400 hours. We will make every effort to accommodate arrivals prior to this time, depending on the hotel’s occupancy. Should you wish to ensure the guestrooms are ready prior to the delegate’ early arrival, may we suggest that you reserve from the night before.
Resort standard check-out time is at 1100 hours. Should delegates wish to check out after the normal check out time a charge will apply. This is will be half the room rate quoted till 1400 hours and the full room rate after this time. All incidental, rooms charges or other charges not authorized by the Event organizer needs to be paid directly to the Resort.
Delegates must conduct in an orderly and lawful manner. The Resort may remove or deny entry to anybody being disruptive or acting in a disorderly manner. No food or beverages of any kind, other than those provided by the Resort will be permitted onto the Resort’s property without the consent of the Resort.

Event UPDATES AND NEWS
Regular updates will be provided by the Event Organizers Datec Fiji secretariat team. Please refer to the Fiji Tech websites for speakers profiles, topic and program. You may also refer to the Datec Fiji official social media platform for updates and also in the local print and television media.
In case of any change in the program, all delegates will received an email notification on the changes. In case of force majeure, the event will be postponed to the next possible date depending on availability of the Resort. No refunds will be processed unless the event is being cancelled.
