“To make it bigger and better, we want to make the event more valuable and one of the most awaited events of the year,” he added.
The 2023 Fiji Tech Summit will take place on November 2 and November 3.
The dates were announced by the Datec Fiji Pte Limited Chief Executive Officer, Satyen Singh at the closing of the successful and first ever Fiji Tech Summit 2022 at the Intercontinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa in Natadola last Friday.
Mr Singh said following the fruitful outcome of this year’s summit, a date had to be set to host the next one.
He said next year’s summit would be more exciting and the aim was to have it as one of the most valued and awaited events in Fiji and the region.
“We delivered on the expectations and we were expecting over 20 vendors to participate in the event and finally we managed to get 25 vendors,” said Mr Singh.
“We were targeting close to 100 customers and around 150 delegates and so we managed around 150 delegates, 100 plus customers and the total delegate size, if you look at the local and international, 230 plus delegates we had and so it was a success.”
“We saw lots of insights that our speakers shared during the presentation, during the networking sessions and connections.”
He said the feedback received from the delegates was positive.

Mr Singh said the venue and other details would be released in due course.
